inAi SASU Officially Incorporated in Lille

17 June 2025

The paperwork is signed: inAi SASU is now a fully‑registered French company (RCS Lille Métropole 987 977 386, 142  rue d’Iéna, 59000 Lille).

This legal milestone unlocks formal fund‑raising, revenue‑bearing contracts and long‑term equity incentives for early employees. Incorporation finalises the share‑cap table, board governance and GDPR‑compliant data‑processing agreements that underpin every inAi product.

From this point forward we are positioned to scale R‑&‑D, close pilot partnerships and deliver on the release schedule announced earlier this spring.

Internship Programme Announced

30 May 2025

With legal incorporation imminent, we are opening internships across AI research, software engineering, machine learning, product design, and agri‑food data science.

Interns will work side‑by‑side with our core team, gaining hands‑on exposure to multi‑agent architectures, large‑context LLMs and the real‑world data challenges of food‑tech, career‑tech and developer‑tech.

In addition to a friendly, fast‑moving environment, interns will receive early‑access accounts for the products they help build — a head‑start on mastering the tools that will define tomorrow’s workplaces.

Applications open today at careers@inai.fr, approval is possible after official registration of the company is finalized.

AgriMind Concept Development Initiated

30 April 2025

We are beginning exploratory sprints on AgriMind, a bespoke B2B service that pairs our agentic‑AI expertise with the vast, under‑utilised data streams inside agri‑food companies.

Certificates, lab CSVs, ERP exports, satellite images, IoT sensor feeds — AgriMind ingests them all, normalises them into a living knowledge graph, then overlays compliance rules (EU Reg 1169/2011, FSMA, GMP+, EFSA, retailer standards) so quality teams can surface deviations before they become recalls.

Over the next few weeks we will meet with QA leaders, R&D directors and supply‑chain managers to co‑design pilot pipelines and quantify efficiency gains.

PageMind Reaches Internal Alpha

16 April 2025

Our flagship PageMind platform — an autonomous AI partner that ingests any file, understands your objective and returns finished work — has cleared its internal‑alpha checklist.

\PageMind’s agentic architecture plans, reasons and executes complex knowledge‑workflows on your behalf, merging PDFs, audio transcripts, spreadsheets and images into a single semantic graph before drafting publication‑ready outputs — from literature reviews to Q‑quarter summaries.

We will freeze features for a public alpha at the end of June, invite external beta testers in July–August, and target a full release in early autumn.

CodeMind Enters Closed R-&-D

3 April 2025

Today we spun up the first internal cluster for CodeMind, our north‑star project that will let anyone describe the software they need in plain language while an internal hive of specialised language‑model agents works for hours — or days — to ship production‑ready code.

CodeMind is still deep in R‑&‑D; public release is at least six months away, with a private alpha slated for late summer. Our research is focused on multi‑agent planning, autonomous code review, and continuous integration pipelines that can run without human intervention until a final security audit.

We will publish technical notes as milestones are cleared.

Harsh Agrawal Joins as Head of  Finance & Operations

31 March 2025

We are delighted to welcome Harsh Agrawal to steer finance, capital strategy and day‑to‑day operations at inAi.

Harsh’s background in capital markets and fintech ensures that every euro we raise is deployed with precision, freeing our founder to concentrate on product vision and freeing engineers to focus on breakthrough innovation.

His arrival marks a major step toward robust corporate governance as we enter external fund‑raising.

Careers Page Goes Live

28 March 2025

Our Careers portal is now open.

We are searching for systems‑thinkers who prefer to orchestrate tools rather than solve isolated tickets: full‑stack engineers, AI researchers, product managers and UX designers who thrive on audacious goals, embrace rapid iteration, and see themselves as managers of autonomous agent networks rather than single‑feature coders.

If you believe that innovation scales fastest when bold ideas meet disciplined execution, write to careers@inai.fr and tell us what you’d like to build.

Emplo Development Begins

15 March 2025

We have kicked off engineering work on Emplo, our intelligent career agent that automates the entire job‑application workflow.

\Emplo reads a candidate’s CV end‑to‑end, chats to clarify goals, then searches European job boards, matches contextually (not just by keywords), and submits fully tailored applications on the candidate’s behalf — eliminating repetitive form‑filling while keeping every submission 100 % GDPR‑compliant and spam‑free.

Early testers will help us fine‑tune Emplo’s ethical guard‑rails and its unique two‑stage AI filtering engine before a larger beta later this year.

Launch of inAi.fr

3 March 2025

Today we unveiled inAi.fr, our public gateway for all things inAi.

This first release introduces our motto — Innovate. Simplify. Accelerate. — and outlines the six‑month roadmap we have already set for ourselves: formal company registration, onboarding the founding team, and delivering the first product milestones for PageMind, CodeMind, Emplo and AgriMind.

Over the coming months this site will serve as a living logbook: every shareholder vote, every prototype video, and every hiring round will be recorded here so that partners, investors and early adopters can follow our journey from concept sketches to market‑ready solutions.

We are committed to radical transparency; today’s launch is the first proof‑point.
