Frequantly Asked Questions

What is inAi and what problems does it solve?+
inAi is a French deep‑tech studio dedicated to turning large‑language‑model research into usable intelligence. We combine the world’s best foundation models with custom orchestration, tool use and workflow logic so professionals can tackle research, writing and data‑driven tasks in minutes instead of days.
Which products do you offer and who are they for?+
PageMind – a researcher‑grade assistant that ingests entire document libraries and answers questions with source citations.
Emplo – an AI career agent that fine‑tunes your CV, scouts carefully selected opportunities across Europe and drafts applications for your approval.
AgriMind – a B2B compliance engine that spots quality and food‑safety risks across supply‑chain data.
How is inAi different from ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot?+
We are model‑agnostic and tool‑agnostic. Our engine can instantly switch to any new state‑of‑the‑art model (OpenAI O‑series, Gemini 2.5, Claude 4, open‑source LLMs) and chain them together with web search, code execution and custom plug‑ins, everything in customised intelligent agentic systems. Big‑platform assistants are locked to a single provider; we integrate all of them and iterate far faster.
How do I join the beta or get early access?+
Join the wait‑list form on each product page or email contact@inai.fr. We onboard new cohorts every two weeks and prioritise users whose workflow matches our current test goals.
What does it cost and are there free trials?+
All products are free while in private beta to accepted users. Public launch will introduce transparent subscription tiers (monthly or annual) and generous free‑trial credits so you can test before you pay.
What file types or data sources can I use with PageMind?+
Today: PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, CSV, images (JPEG/PNG), and audio (MP3/WAV). Coming soon: native PowerPoint, spreadsheets, web URLs, cloud drives and in the future - video.
How do you protect my data and comply with GDPR?+
• EU‑only hosting in ISO 27001‑certified data‑centres.
• AES‑256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit.
• Zero human access by default; explicit, logged break‑glass procedure for support incidents.
• Article 28 Data‑Processing Agreements available on request after official launch.
Where is my information stored and who can see it?+
All customer data—including embeddings—is stored in a dedicated EU virtual private cloud. Only a handful of security‑cleared employees can obtain time‑limited, audited access when you raise a support ticket.
Which languages does the interface and AI support?+
The UI is available in English (full parity) and French (minor release lag). Our multi‑model back‑end understands and generates over 40 languages, with best quality in English, French, Spanish and German.
Can I integrate inAi with the tools I already use?+
An API and out‑of‑the‑box connectors for Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint and Slack are on our Q4 road‑map. Meanwhile, you can drag‑and‑drop files. We also plan to add calls to PageMind from any Python script via our REST endpoint.
Who owns the outputs created with inAi—me or you?+
You do. All intellectual‑property rights and derivatives produced through your workspace remain yours; inAi only stores transient usage logs to improve stability.
What kind of support can I expect if something goes wrong?+
Beta users get a private channel access. Paid tiers will include email/chat support.
How do I cancel my subscription or delete my data?+
Self‑service cancellation is one click in Billing → Manage (available after launch) up to a date of a new payment. For data erasure, open Settings → Privacy → Delete Workspace or email privacy@inai.fr; we purge all backups within 30 days in line with GDPR Art. 17.
Are you hiring or open to partnerships?+
Always. We look for system thinkers who can blend AI research with product engineering, plus strategic partners in regulated industries, cloud infrastructure and academia. Contact careers@inai.fr or partnerships@inai.fr.
Where is inAi based and how can I get in touch?+
We are based in Lille, France. For general enquiries, write to contact@inai.fr.
